Elegance and comfort This was a three nights stay and thoroughly enjoyed and loved it. My girlfriend and I stayed the first night in the garden room it was a great room in the second floor looking out into one of the gardens. Bed was comfortable and the amenities perfect. Breakfast was a delight the staff was enjoyable. The next two nights we moved to the Queen Anne bedroom also on the 2nd floor with balcony access. The bed is a king size and extremely comfortable to sleep in. TV’s in both rooms with access to online streaming services. Breakfast on each occasion at 8:30 am were served on time and in an exquisite manner. Loved it. From plenty of coffee, to the orange juice and eggs, one morning we had Belgian waffles along fruit and dessert… the house has history and the dinning room is gorgeous with excellent views. The common room adjacent to the entrance gave a feel of the Victorian antebellum era, nearly decorated. And the gardens are beautiful. Excellent parking in the rear section adjacent to one of the gardens. Above my expectations and I have stayed and a couple of B&B’s before to include the Judge Porter House nearby as well. I’d like to say that the staff at the Queen Anne was superb in comparison. Will definitely come back in the future."
