What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation of my reservation?
If you booked online you may have entered an incorrect email address. If you booked with us by phone we probably entered your email address incorrectly. Just give us a call at 1-800-441-8343 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel my reservation?
When do I settle my bill?
Currenlty payment is not processed until you check out. Please present your credit card at checkout.
Do you allow pets at your Bed and Breakfast?
No, I am sorry we do not allow pets at any of our properties.
Do you allow children at your Bed and Breakfast?
Children 12 and over accompanied by an adult are welcomed guest at any of our Bed and Breakfast but we only allow two guest per guest room.
Do you allow smoking at your Bed and Breakfast?
All of our Bed and Breakfast offer a smoke-free environement. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porches, galleries and decks.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If the booking is canceled before 10:30 PM, 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge, less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is the first night stay, less than 2 hour(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
Do you require a deposit?
Currently we do not require a deposit.
Is it customary to tip your Innkeeper or Housekeeper?
Like with any service industry, if you had excellent service and an overall good experience, tipping is always appreciated. All tips are split evenly between the Innkeepers and Housekeepers.
Do you have a two night minimum?
- Yes, on most weekends we have a two night minimum.
A two night minimum can be Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday.
If we are not completely full by Wednesday prior to the weekend you want to reserve a single night, we may accept single night bookings starting Wednesday at noon.
There are no two night minimum stays Sunday-Thursdays.
Why do you have a two night minimum on weekends?
Most of our guest are traveling to our aread for two night stay. If we book all of our rooms for single nights then we are unable to accommodate our guest that want to stay for two nights and many times we are left with empty room because we un able to book for two nights.
Do you have Jacuzzi Tubs?
Two person Jacuzzi Tubs are loacated at:
Judge Porter House : Garden and Judge Porter guest rooms
Queen Anne: Victorian: Blue and Garden guest rooms
Violet Hill: John Reavls, Arthur Coble and Prince Haithcoat Suite
Andrew Morris House: Ragan Suite and Ducournau Suite
Queen Anne: Library and Queen Anne guest rooms
Andrew Morris House: Henry guest room
What size beds do you have at your Bed and Breakfast?
The following properties have Kings sized beds:
Queen Anne: Library, Queen Anne, Blue, Garden guest rooms
Andrew Morris House: Ducournau Suite and Ragan suites
Violet Hill: Stem Wheeler guest room
Queen Anne: Victorian guest room
Andrew Morris House: Henry guest room and Tucker suite (two queen beds)
Violet Hill: Arthur Coble, John Reavls, Prince Haithcoate Suite and Puckett Suite
Judge Porter House: Garden, Judge Porter, Princess, New Orleans guest rooms and the Guest House.
Do you have any downstairs rooms?
Yes! The following guest rooms are all downstairs:

Queen Anne: Library room
Violet Hill: Arthur Coble, Stem Wheeler, John Reavls guest rooms and the Prince Haithcoat suite

How many guest can sleep in one guest room?
The maximum capacity of our guest rooms is two guests

Do you serve Breakfast?
Yes, all of our properties serve a full multi-course breakfast each and every morning!
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served promptly at 8:30 AM in one seating at all of our properties each and every morning.
What do you serve for breakfast?
We serve a variety of first and second courses chosen each day by our Innkeepers. See our Breakfast page for some samplings of what we serve.
Can I skip your amazing breakfast?
Absolutely! As a courtesy to the Innkeeper, please notify us at 1-800-441-8343 so that we can plan accordingly.
Can you serve breakfast in our guest room?
I am sorry we do not serve breakfast in any of our guest rooms.
Can you serve breakfast at a different time?

Yes, here is a summary of Special Occasion Packages that we offer! These special occasion packages can be added when you are making your intial reservation online or with a 24 hour notification, you can add them on by calling us at 1-800-44-8343 with your request!
