First course may be our warm luscious Louisiana Bread Pudding warm maple sauce, or our Blueberry or Raspberry Croissant Bread Pudding topped with fresh whipped cream.   We also serve our Peach, Cherry or Apple Crisp baked with a coconut and pecan topping  or our Apple Brown Betty topped with vanilla yogurt, pecans and cinnamon.   Also served is Fresh Fruit and our delicious  Sundae with strawberries, blueberries and bananas served in an old fashioned sundae dish.  And our newest first course is our mouthwatering baked Apple Dumplings, OH MY!   Who said you could not have dessert first?!



Egg DishesFirst Course: Bread Pudding   Second Course: Queen Anne Quiche

We have a wide variety of egg dishes served daily, first we have our popular Rolled Omelets, which are baked then rolled with ham and cheddar cheese and served with our Rosemary Potatoes or our Julienned Au Gratin Potatoes and piping hot baked biscuits or English muffins.  Our Baked Eggs and  Mushrooms in Ham Crisps is an elegant baked egg dish with savory mushrooms and  crème fraiche cradled in Black Forest ham and is typically served with our zesty southwestern cheese grits.   Another favorite is our gourmet Southwestern Eggs, baked in individual ramekins, these can be topped with salsa.    We also offer Eggs Benedict, which is  a poached egg served on  slices of Canadian bacon, drizzled with Hollandaise sauce on an English Muffin.   Eggs Béarnaise, a freshly baked biscuit topped with Canadian bacon, Sharp cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs finished with béarnaise sauce is a guest favorite.   Last, we don't want to forget the Crust less Quiche with sautéed red peppers, green onions with ham or sausage,  this  egg dish is wonderful!

Pancakes, Waffles and French Toast

Instead of an Egg dish we may start your morning with one of our popular Belgium waffle, French Toast or Pancake recipes.   Either one of our freshly baked Belgium Waffle recipes will please the palette.   Double Decker Belgian Waffles, topped with strawberries, pecans and whipped cream, served with warm syrup, or our recently added  entree Apple Spice Belgian Waffles topped with Caramelized apples and fresh whipped topping.   Also a popular dish is our Momma's French Toast, freshly made with caramelized cinnamon, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and served with warm syrup and sausage patties or our Stuffed French Toast, stuffed with cream cheese and drizzled with a orange almond apricot glaze.   Finally  we don't want forget our Baked Pancakes.  We serve three of our favorite pancake recipes, Blueberry Upside-Down, Apple Strudel and Banana pancakes, served hot with warm maple syrup and ample whipped cream.... enough said!

 

We are known for our abundant servings, so make sure your hearty appetite is ready for a delightful treat.
